1. Introduction of Concrete Square Pole Steel Mould
The mold is made of pressed sheet of steel plate and there are also longitudinal and circular steel plate on the cylinder body. So it is very strong, rigid, durable and so on. The steel mould is processed in segments and overall assembled in order to facilitate transport, assemble rapidly, and maintain conveniently. It's essential in manufacturing the square prestressed concrete pole as well as the non-prestressed ones.
 
2. Features of Concrete Square Pole Steel Mould
2.1 New designs with traditional groove steel and new-style square steel;
2.2 Exquisite manufacturing. The four fillet curves of the mould is controlled strictly within 20 degrees not the usual 26-30 degree of the general factories. ( the smaller radian has a higher demand for the factory equipments and workers' technology );
2.3 The longer lathe can machine all sets of mold of which length is within 15 meters(Haiyu mold will not be machined until flange connection is polished and so that the connection will be smooth. However, other factories usually machine the mold in segments and then connect together, then, height mismatch will arise in the connection), improve the concentricity of the running wheel and flange;
2.4 The exterior is concise, the welding trim, tongue and groove well sealed;
